Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 24 hours of the delivery time. If you exceed 24 hours  since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@theindispices.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the full refund. Once the refund is initiated it may take up to 5 - 7 business days to see the transaction on your statement. In some cases the refunds will be with your bank. So please contact your bank in case if you didn’t see the refund credited to your account.
